Osprey are truly the masters of diving and catching fish... The morning started out pretty active, there was an average of four or five Osprey usually at a time circling in the air. The winds were perfect this morning so that they were flying towards us when diving, with the light and wind at our backs. The Osprey really put a show on for us, with over 50 dives in less than 2 hours. Their catch rate that morning was about 20% through the breaking waves, changing tide, and heavy winds.
