While the West Coast of Florida is known for its amazing Sunsets, I also enjoy going to the inland swamps and marshes to enjoy Sunrises during the summer months. My favorite sunrise spot is on a peninsula surrounded on three sides by water during the rainy season. Most of the time, my favorite angles are towards the rising sun in the East. This morning was the first morning where a West facing landscape was much more appealing. Clouds stretched across the slash pine trees creating a beautiful backdrop of colors reflecting onto the water.
